and sponsors of the terrorist country
to receive compensation
for moral harm and losses
If you are an internally displaced person, we will be happy to help you. The first step to receive compensation is to join NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION “CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE AND COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY RUSSIAN AGGRESSION”.
The goal of NGO “CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE AND COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY RUSSIAN AGGRESSION” is to obtain compensation for Ukrainian citizens (temporarily displaced persons) from the Russian Federation and their accomplices in funds or special courts. For this purpose, NGO “CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE AND COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY RUSSIAN AGGRESSION” will file a class action on behalf of the members of the organisation for compensation of moral harm and other losses caused to the members of the NGO due to forced relocation. The class action will be filed in accordance with the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, and, in the future, the NGO will recognise and enforce the judgment and collect the awarded amounts abroad.
Why is it important?
Establishing russia’s liability will make it easier to support individual claims by citizens and companies against the aggressor.
Each piece of evidence will help to estimate the damage suffered by Ukraine and its citizens. In claims against russia, you will be able to prove its responsibility for crimes and damage it has caused to citizens, businesses and the state.
In particular, we may help you to demonstrate your position by describing and providing evidence of specific events that prove the facts of the damage caused by the occupant’s army: destruction of property, forced relocation and change of residence, mental suffering, damage to health, etc.
